Our original artwork, written content, original trivia wording and question collections, and app code are protected to the extent applicable law allows. Rights in our original materials belong to Stainbrook Scents LLC or their applicable licensors.

You are welcome to use the app to host and play trivia as permitted by the Terms of Use. That permission does not authorize copying the app, extracting and republishing our original question collections, removing ownership notices, or repackaging protected content as your own product.

We claim rights in our original expression and protected materials. We do not claim ownership of general facts, trivia as a concept, ideas, or generic game mechanics. Any trademark rights in the Bar Fight™ name or branding are separate from copyright; this notice does not claim trademark registration.

Hosts retain the rights they hold in their own original questions and other submitted material, subject to the limited operational license in the Terms of Use. Hosts are responsible for securing permission for material they did not create.

GIFs supplied through GIPHY, Google branding, Scentsy names or trademarks, third-party software, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses. Display in Bar Fight™ does not make them our property.
